We know – you’re busy. It’s okay to admit that you are, and that you don’t always have time to watch all of your social media pages. But if you don’t interact with your fans on at least a daily basis, people will begin to forget about you, and your engagement levels will go down. If you don’t have a location people can visit, it’s more important than ever that you actually maintain your pages so you can continue to build your reputation online and gain potential customers. Here are two tools that can help reduce the time you spend every day on social media pages so you can monitor them all just a bit more confidently.
Klout
Klout only hit the market about 12 months ago, but already the tool has become a popular social media addition, especially since it’s free. Facebook has their own analytics for you to look at, but Klout has even more. The program also gives you a “score” on how well you use your social media, and then it gives you tips on how to fix that score if it’s low. You can also run Klout on other people’s pages, so you can learn something about what your competitors are doing right but you haven’t figured out yet on your own.
TweetReach
You know what Klout does for Facebook is amazing, but how awesome would it be if you also had a tool that would allow you to do the same thing with Twitter? There is one: it’s called TweetReach. Though the functionality is a little different, it allows you to track all of the activity on your Twitter so you always know how many people are interacting with your content.
